This policy explains how Pizzazz Media Limited (“we”, “us”) and our ticketing provider

Flicket Ltd collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information in accordance with

the Privacy Act 2020 and other applicable New Zealand privacy laws (together, “Privacy

Laws”).

2. Personal Information We Collect

- Details you give us when buying or transferring tickets (name, contact, date of birth,

payment method).

- Information you voluntarily submit via our website, email or social media channels.

- Technical data (IP address, browser type, cookies) collected automatically when you

visit our websites.

3. Why We Collect It

- To administer ticket purchases and verify your identity.

- To communicate Event updates, cancellations or safety messages.

- Where you opt-in, to send marketing about future events and partner offers.

- For internal reporting, fraud detection, and to improve our services.

4. Lawful Grounds

We process personal information only where permitted by Privacy Laws, including with your



consent, to perform a contract (ticket purchase), or where we have a legitimate interest that is

not overridden by your rights.

- Flicket Ltd (ticketing); authorised payment processors (e.g. Stripe).

- Service providers (IT, marketing, emergency response) bound by confidentiality.

- The venue owner, security or emergency services as reasonably required for safety.

- Overseas recipients only where equivalent privacy safeguards apply or you consent.

We will otherwise disclose information only if required by law.



6. Storage & Security

Personal data is stored on secure servers located in New Zealand or jurisdictions approved

under Privacy Laws. We implement reasonable safeguards against unauthorised access,

alteration, disclosure or destruction.

7. Retention

Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by

law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

8. Your Rights

You may request access or correction of the personal information we hold about you at any
