Effective 1 July 2025 – governed by the laws of New Zealand
1. Definitions
Event Site – the land and venues on which the Event is held.
Promoter / we / us – Pizzazz Media Limited.
Authorised Ticketing Agency – Flicket Ltd and any third-party seller expressly approved in writing
by the Promoter.
Event T&Cs – these Terms & Conditions plus any other rules issued by the Promoter.
Wristband – the valid ticket with RFID or bar-code exchanged for a wristband on entry.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing, holding, or using a ticket you:
1. confirm you are 18 years or older and will carry valid photo ID; and
2. agree that the Event T&Cs are legally binding on you and anyone you invite or transfer the
ticket to.
3. Public-Health & Force-Majeure
1. Health Orders – The Event will comply with any New Zealand Government public-health
order or local authority direction in effect at the Event dates (including those relating to
Covid-19, influenza, or any emerging communicable illness).
2. Impossibility – If the Event (or any performance) is cancelled or materially curtailed because
compliance with a public-health order, natural disaster, terrorism event or other circumstance
outside the Promoter’s reasonable control has become impossible or impracticable, the
Promoter’s liability is limited to refund of the ticket price paid, less non-refundable booking
and card-processing fees. No other costs (travel, accommodation, etc.) will be reimbursed.
4. Ticketing
- Valid tickets (paper, PDF, or mobile) must be exchanged for a Wristband on entry and that
Wristband must remain intact and visible at all times.
- Wristbands or tickets that are lost, destroyed, removed, or tampered with are void and will
not be re-issued.
- Tickets must not be resold or used for promotions, sweepstakes, or advertising without the
Promoter’s prior written consent. Any ticket offered or sold in breach may be cancelled
without refund.
- The Promoter may enforce purchase limits and void any tickets obtained above that limit.
5. Entry Conditions
- Search – You and your belongings may be searched. Refusal = no entry and no refund.
- Prohibited Items – see Schedule 1. Confiscated items are not returned.
- No pass-outs unless expressly posted at the gate and event website.
- Animals – only certified service animals are permitted.
- Smoking / vaping – only in designated outdoor areas. No vaping devices with refill bottles.
6. Behaviour & Safety
- You must follow all reasonable directions of Event staff and comply with the Health and
Safety at Work Act 2015.
- Disorderly, unsafe, offensive, or illegal conduct (including supplying alcohol to a minor,
possessing illicit drugs, moshing, crowd-surfing, or unauthorised recording) may result
in eviction without refund and referral to Police.
- The Event is fully licensed with food and drink vendors– no BYO food, alcohol or glass.
Unsealed, empty refillable plastic drink bottles are permitted to use on site water refill
stations.
- Suitable clothing and closed-toe footwear are required. Ear protection is recommended.
7. Programme Changes, Weather & Refunds
- The Event is all-weather; it proceeds rain or shine.
- Tickets are for the Event, not a specific artist. Line-up, set times and site layout may change
without notice.
- Except as required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) or clause 3
(Impossibility), no refunds or exchanges will be given.
- If you are refused entry or evicted for breaching these T&Cs, your ticket is forfeited.
8. Recording & Photography
- Personal photography (phones, compact or SLR cameras) for private use only is permitted.
- Professional equipment (lenses > 200 mm, detachable flashes, tripods, drones, GoPros,
audio/video recorders) is prohibited unless you hold Promoter-issued accreditation.
- You consent to being photographed, filmed and recorded; the Promoter may use such
material world-wide in perpetuity without compensation.
9. Liability, Risk & Indemnity
- Services will be supplied with reasonable care and skill as required by Part 4 CGA.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, venue owner and their personnel
are not liable for any personal injury, property loss or damage you suffer at the Event
(regardless of cause), and you attend at your own risk.
- You indemnify the Promoter and venue owner against any claim arising from your negligent
act or breach of these T&Cs.
10. Privacy
The Promoter will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the
Privacy Policy in Schedule 2. By purchasing a ticket you consent to the collection, use and disclosure
of personal information as set out therein.
11. Miscellaneous
- If any provision is determined unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
- Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; updated versions will be
posted on the Authorised Ticketing Agency’s website and apply from the time of posting.

Schedule 1 – Prohibited Items (non-exhaustive)
Alcohol, glass, weapons, fireworks, explosives, flares, illicit substances, nitrous canisters, large
recording devices, professional camera gear, drones, laser pointers, umbrellas, couches/chairs,
wheeled recreational devices (skateboards, scooters, bikes, hoverboards), unauthorised promotional
material, any item deemed dangerous, offensive or disruptive by Event staff.
